HVAC Maintenance Technician

In this HVAC diagnostic and repair role, you will be the technician clients trust when something goes wrong, and the face of the company interacting with them in their homes.

Compensation and Benefits:

• $30 to $50 per hour, based on experience

What your days will look like:

You will perform service, repair, and maintenance on a variety of residential HVAC systems, completing every job to manufacturer specifications and in accordance with Massachusetts sheet metal, plumbing, building, and gas codes. Clear communication matters here as much as technical skill: you will explain the work to clients in plain terms, deliver excellent service, and document everything accurately and professionally.

What we are looking for

• Current EPA Certification (required)
• Valid MA driver's license with a clean driving record
• Current MA Master or Journeyman Sheet Metal License preferred
• Reliable, professional, and able to work independently and with the team
• Team-oriented with strong communication and customer service skills
