About the team
Klaviyo went public in 2023 and is scaling fast. This is a rare chance to help build the Order to Cash (O2C) foundation for a company at this inflection point. The Finance Technology Systems team is part of G A Systems within Global Technology Solutions (GTS). This group designs, operates, and continually improves the applications and workflows that power how Klaviyo manages money, risk, and financial reporting at scale.
The team partners closely with Finance, Accounting, Tax, Treasury, FP A, Procurement, and Internal Audit, as well as adjacent technology teams like Corporate IT, Data, and GTM Systems, to ensure our back-office stack is reliable, well-integrated, compliant, and ready for a public, AI-forward SaaS business. We own the roadmap, health, and governance of platforms including our ERP and financial systems (e.g., NetSuite/Oracle), procure-to-pay (e.g., Coupa), revenue and billing systems, and related integrations and automation.
This role reports to the Director, G A Systems and is an individual contributor position on the Finance Technology Solutions team.

Who You Are
You've spent time at the intersection of Finance and Technology, and you think beyond just keeping systems running — you think in terms of design, roadmaps, and outcomes. You understand what a well-run O2C function looks like and want to help build one.
You've worked through real complexity: ERP transformations, SOX audits, billing system overhauls, or the work of integrating Finance systems at a growing company. You don't need a perfect environment to do great work — you bring structure, and you collaborate well with both Finance and engineering stakeholders.
Specifically, you likely bring:
6+ years in enterprise or business systems, with meaningful exposure to Finance technology at a tech or SaaS company; 2+ years working directly in O2C
Practical exposure to SOX ITGC and experience working with Internal Audit or external auditors
Familiarity with what enterprise-led growth and international expansion require from Finance systems
Hands-on experience with ERP and Finance application tools (NetSuite/Oracle, Aval…
