Software Developer - Java & Python 💰 Salary: $144,000 - 184,000 per year
At Kratos Defense and Security Solutions we are looking for a C#.NET engineer!
🛠️ Our tech stack:
C#, Git, Support, REST, SQL, Windows, .NET
📝 Rquirements:
- Proficiency in coding with C# or C++, or both
- Familiarity with at least one software development lifecycle model
- Experience in developing multi-threaded or real-time applications (preferred)
- Knowledge of SQL databases (preferred)
- Competence in coding Windows Services (preferred)
- Understanding of configuration management systems like Git or Subversion (preferred)
- Experience with CORBA or REST inter-process communication (preferred)
- Background in development management or release management (preferred)
- Familiarity with satellite command and control systems is a significant asset but not mandatory
👩💻👨💻 Your responsibilities are:
- Create reliable real-time software for a 24/7 operational system
- Conduct maintenance and implement bug fixes on software products
- Evaluate customer needs to uncover any unmet requirements
- Design and enhance COTS products as needed
- Collaborate with product users to address and resolve reported issues
- Provide support to both internal and external users of the satellite command and control product
- Travel to client locations for product reviews, installations, and testing (approximately 2-4 weeks per year)
