We are seeking motivated, licensed Health Insurance Agents to join our fast-paced ACA enrollment team. If you have experience helping consumers enroll in Affordable Care Act (ACA) health plans and thrive in a high-volume call center environment, we’d love to hear from you.
Requirements:
✔ Active Florida 215 Health & Life License or 240 Health Insurance License
✔ ACA sales and enrollment experience
✔ Strong phone communication and closing skills
✔ Comfortable handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls
✔ Ability to meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals
✔ Computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
✔ Reliable attendance and punctuality
✔ Professional, positive attitude with strong sales skills
