Full Time Controller

Homestead Village is a thriving non-profit, CARF-CCAC accredited, Life Plan Community located just outside downtown Lancaster. We are seeking a highly skilled Controller to lead our accounting team as we continue to enhance independence and dignity for all our Residents.

The Controller provides financial leadership for both the Accounting Department and the organization in partnership with the CFO. This role collaborates closely with accounting staff and organizational leadership to support operational excellence, drive strategic initiatives, and ensure the organization's financial stability and growth.
