Home Care Aide - Immediate Openings

You will be traveling to clients' homes across the greater Pittsburgh area, so having a valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle is essential.

Pay & Benefits

• $15.00-$16.00/hr, plus an additional $1/hr for weekend visits.
• Potential to earn up to $18.00/hr after your first 8 weeks, based on eligibility criteria.
• Receive weekly pay with direct deposit for convenience.

Note: Weekend visits are defined as starting between Saturday 12:01 AM and Sunday 11:59 PM.

To qualify for the pay increase to $18.00/hr, you must hold a valid U.S. driver’s license with a clean driving record, have more than 6 months of paid or professional caregiving experience, complete 20 visits within the first 8 weeks, and maintain good standing with the organization.

Your Responsibilities

• Foster meaningful connections with seniors through companionship and personal care.
• Assist clients with meals, light housekeeping, and running errands.
• Support clients with personal hygiene tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Empower clients to maintain their independence and dignity.

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license and dependable transportation.
• At least three professional references required.
• Willingness to work at least two shifts weekly with the same client(s).
• Basic English speaking, reading, and writing skills are necessary (bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply).
• Completion of all compliance, licensing, or registration steps required for employment.
