Senior Accountant - Revenue Recognition - Software - Hybrid (110k-120k)

LHH is seeking a Senior Accountant to join a growing, innovative organization in the North Dallas area. This hybrid opportunity is ideal for an experienced accounting professional with a strong foundation in month-end close, revenue recognition (ASC 606), and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will bring experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and enjoy partnering cross-functionally to improve processes and support a growing business.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead month-end close activities and ensure timely, accurate financial reporting.
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations, analyze variances, and resolve discrepancies.
• Record and reconcile revenue in accordance with ASC 606 and support GAAP-compliant financial reporting.
• Assist with internal and external audits, including audit support and tax-related schedules.
• Perform intercompany reconciliations and support operational accounting across multiple entities.
• Partner with Accounts Receivable to ensure accurate billing and contract compliance.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and Sales to improve accounting processes and business reporting.
• Support ERP system enhancements and identify opportunities to streamline workflows and strengthen internal controls.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required; Master's degree preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, a mix of public accounting and/or industry experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, ASC 606 revenue recognition, and operational accounting.
• Experience with Sage Intacct or a comparable ERP system.
• Background managing month-end close and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Experience supporting audits and working within a multi-entity environment.
• SaaS or technology industry experience is highly preferred.
