Call Center Agent / Dispatcher / Fulfillment Agent

Pay: $20.00 per hour plus possible commission

Schedule: Part-time, 15–29 hours per week

Location: Sacramento, CA

About the Role

KOLAS is looking for a Call Center Agent / Dispatcher / Fulfillment Agent to support our Call Center and Delivery operations. This position plays an important role in creating a smooth customer experience by answering calls, taking orders, making outbound sales calls, coordinating delivery dispatch, and helping fulfill orders accurately.

This is a fast-paced role for someone who enjoys customer service, sales, multitasking, problem-solving, and working as part of a team.

What You’ll Do

Answer inbound customer calls promptly and professionally.

Provide accurate product information and guidance.

Take phone orders and enter them accurately into the ordering system.

Assist customers with questions, concerns, order issues, and delivery updates.

Make outbound sales calls for customer re-engagement, promotion follow-up, abandoned cart/order follow-up, subscription sales, and retention efforts.

Upsell products and services in a helpful and guest-focused manner.

Coordinate delivery orders using POS and routing systems.

Assign delivery tasks to drivers and track delivery progress.

Communicate with drivers to support safe and timely deliveries.

Send payment links to customers as needed.

Conduct second checks on orders to help ensure accuracy.

Fulfill delivery or express orders as needed.

Escalate customer or delivery issues to leadership when needed.

Maintain accurate notes and records.

What We’re Looking For

Must be at least 21 years old.

Minimum two years of customer service experience required.

Retail sales and cash handling experience highly preferred.

Sales experience, including phone sales or outbound calling, preferred.

Friendly demeanor and professional phone etiquette.

Call center experience preferred but not required.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

Computer proficiency and comfort using POS/CRM systems.

Strong time-management and problem-solving skills.

Typing speed of 50+ WPM preferred.

Cannabis knowledge is a plus.

Delivery logistics knowledge is a plus.
