Job Summary for Client Support Associate:

Starbucks is currently looking to fill the position of Client Support Associate, which involves responsibilities like beverage preparation, customer service, and assisting with the daily operations of the store in a fast-paced coffee shop environment. Customer Service Associates are tasked with taking customer orders, handling transactions, preparing coffee and espresso drinks, creating cold beverages and food items, ensuring cleanliness in the work area, restocking supplies, and providing friendly customer service.

Responsibilities for Client Support Associate:

  • Produce coffee, espresso, and cold beverages following the prescribed recipes and quality criteria of the company.
  • Accurately take customer orders and conduct cash and card transactions through the register with precision.
  • Ensure that customer care is amiable, expedient, and adapted to individual preferences.
  • Organize food ingredients and ensure proper care in compliance with food safety guidelines.
  • Keep the work environment, equipment, and customer areas clean and organized.
  • Refill cups, ingredients, and supplies as needed throughout the duration of the shift.
  • Help manage drive-thru processes when applicable.
  • Ensure rapid and precise order fulfillment through collaborative efforts with teammates.

Qualifications for Client Support Associate:

  • Previous customer service or food service experience preferred but not required.
  • Competence in tackling numerous tasks with ease in a fast-moving work environment.
  • Skilled at interpersonal interactions and communication.
  • Key math competencies for handling various financial transactions effectively.
