We’re a fast-growing roofing and construction company serving the Oklahoma City metro area, and we’re looking for motivated, self-driven individuals to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct residential roof inspections
• Meet with homeowners and explain the claims process
• Generate leads through networking and door-to-door marketing
• Manage projects from inspection to completion
• Work directly with insurance adjusters when needed
• Build long-term relationships with customers
• Maintain accurate job notes and photos

Qualifications:

• Sales experience preferred (roofing experience is a plus)
• Strong communication and people skills
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
• Ability to climb ladders and inspect roofs
• Comfortable using smartphones and apps

Compensation:

• Commission-based with high earning potential
• Top performers can earn $75,000-$200,000+ annually
