PARAMEDIC

Position Overview

Aspirus Med Evac in Eagle River, WI is seeking a Paramedic to join our crew. The Paramedic is responsible for providing safe, comprehensive care to critically ill and/or injured patients of all ages. Care is delivered in the pre‑hospital setting and during inter‑facility transports, applying specialized principles and techniques of transport paramedic practice, emergency procedures, and diagnostics.

This position is eligible for a sign‑on bonus!

Hours

Part‑time or 0.6 FTE, 48 hours every pay period (24‑hour shift rotation).

Qualifications

• Knowledge of emergency patient care standards and practices normally acquired through completion of an accredited Paramedic program.
• Active Paramedic license/certification in the State of Wisconsin and Michigan, or will obtain dual license within 120 days of hire.
• Current BLS certification.
• ACLS certification.
• State of Wisconsin Critical Care Endorsement recommended within one year of hire or upon course availability, to transition into a Critical Care Paramedic role.
• Valid driver’s license in the state of residency.
• Current Paramedic National Registry license preferred.
