Assist in specimen collection while preparing samples for accurate testing as necessary.

Uphold a clean and secure working environment, meeting all regulatory and accreditation requirements.

A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a comparable allied health degree, along with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Achieve ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within one year of hire.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective synergy with healthcare teams.
