Position Summary
The Executive Assistant provides high-level, strategic support to the company's ownership, ensuring the efficient execution of both business and personal priorities. This role encompasses managing essential tasks, including document tracking, project coordination, and logistical support, while proactively anticipating needs and maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
Acting as a trusted partner, the Executive Assistant enables the leadership team to focus on strategic initiatives and reinforces the company’s vision, core values, and culture by delivering consistent, high-quality support.
Key Functions & Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic partner to executive leadership by managing calendars, prioritizing tasks, and adapting to rapidly changing demands.
- Maintain a constant awareness of organizational activities to proactively identify risks, gaps, and opportunities.
- Facilitate clear, consistent, and ongoing communication between internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Ensure that all commitments are followed through, ensuring that nothing falls through the cracks.
- Prepare, organize, and meticulously track meetings, deliverables, and action items.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and sound judgment.
- Anticipate the needs of executives and take independent action to resolve issues before they escalate.
Knowledge and Skills Required
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with executive leadership, external partners, and key stakeholders with confidence, clarity, and professionalism

Education and Experience
- A high school diploma or its equivalent is required; a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience providing direct support to senior executives or ownership is required, demonstrating the ability to manage complex priorities in a high-trust, fast-paced environment.
- Proven experience in supporting executive-level decision-making is essential, with an emphasis on effective coordination, communication, and prioritization.
- Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is necessary, along with the capacity to rapidly learn and adapt to new systems, tools, and technologies.
Physical Requirements and Environment
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds.
Pay: From $80,000.00 per year
