Automotive Parts Specialists (Retail Sales and Customer Support)

**Overview:**

Join our team as a Automotive Parts Specialists (Sales and Customer Support) and be part of a dynamic and customer-focused automotive parts sales environment. We are seeking individuals with a passion for vehicles and exceptional sales skills to help customers find their everyday and hard to find parts.

**Duties:**

• Assist customers in selecting and purchasing auto parts that meet their needs
• Provide information on pricing, and warranties
• Complete sales orders and arrange delivery of parts to customer locations
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction

**Qualifications:**

• Previous experience in vehicle parts sales and/or customer service preferred
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Ability to maintain a professional appearance and provide excellent customer service
• Knowledge of automotive diagnostics, repair, and maintenance is a plus
• Proficiency in order fulfillment processes
• Cash handling experience is beneficial
• Multilingual abilities are advantageous for interacting with diverse customers
