Job Responsibilities:

• Bake various pastries and baked items as per standardized recipes and production instructions.
• Ensure your workstation is equipped with all the necessary ingredients and tools for baking.
• Prepare the ingredients through measuring, weighing, blending, dicing, and other relevant procedures.
• Handle baking instruments such as ovens, stoves, and mixers.
• Adhere to safety precautions when using utensils, like knives, for food preparation tasks.
• Follow food safety procedures to properly store perishable items.
• Maintain cleanliness in the workplace by sanitizing work areas, equipment, and utensils post-use.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and exhibit a pleasant demeanor when engaging with individuals such as guests, clients, customers, and peers.
• Adhere to Aramark safety regulations, encompassing specific guidelines for maintaining food safety and sanitation standards.
• Ensure the security of corporate assets by adhering to specified safety protocols.

Qualifications:

• Candidates with a history of working in baking or related roles are preferred.
• Well-versed in baking procedures, benchmarks, and compliance with health standards.
• Certification: Essential for achieving food safety certification(s).
• Essential skills include a solid foundation in math and counting principles.
• Skilled in interpersonal communication, adept in expressing ideas clearly through both written and verbal means.
• Physical Abilities: Should have the capacity to carry out physical tasks like lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended walking/standing.
• The role may encompass the requirement of both specific uniforms and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) usage.
