Analyze first-pass yield, outgoing quality, RMA, field performance, and customer escalation data to identify product risk, prioritize critical issues, and guide stop-ship, containment, and allowable defect decisions

Lead root cause analysis and corrective action efforts for complex product issues, partnering with Engineering, Product Management, Operations, Finance, and Customer Success to resolve high-impact issues with clear customer and business value

Set SKU, pricing, and bundle architecture in partnership with the Product Management lead for our product lines, including hardware configurations, software tiers, accessories, service bundles, fleet offerings, and broader ecosystem integrations

Monitor post-launch performance to identify emerging quality issues, pricing friction, bundle performance, customer adoption trends, and operational gaps; lead rapid iteration and corrective action in real time
