Move to the South.. Charleston S Carolina. 5 miles from the ocean. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Bad @$$ HVAC Technician to join our dynamic team. Translates to getting paid great $$$ and getting a tan as well. In this vital role, you will lead the maintenance and repair of cooling/heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, and related mechanical systems across residential properties. Your expertise will ensure optimal system performance, energy efficiency, and safety standards are consistently met. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your technical knowledge in a fast-paced environment while contributing to the comfort and safety of our clients’ facilities‐----- We are looking for the guy or gal who knows zoning along with 2stage and Communicating systems. We work with every brand but primarily Trane, Carrier & Bosch. Need to be able to work a full week without needing 2 days off for a fishing break and financially stable enough not to ask for a 2 week advance after working the first 6 hrs :) we all know those techs. 5yrs hvac work experience is a minimum.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a service technician specializing in HVAC systems with a strong background in construction environments.
• Extensive knowledge of HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning & Refrigeration)
• Mechanical expertise in plumbing, appliance repair, welding, boiler operation, and general equipment maintenance.
• Ability to read schematics and HVAC design plans accurately; familiarity with electrical troubleshooting tools such as ohmmeters is essential.
• Field service experience with a focus on property maintenance or commercial installations.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; ability to operate a driver vehicle if required.
• Strong mechanical knowledge complemented by experience with HVAC/R equipment repair and maintenance procedures.
• Familiarity with welding techniques and safety standards; experience working with ammonia refrigeration is a plus.

Pay: $40.00 - $80.00 per hour
