TAP (Thermal Acoustical Pest Control) Insulation is a specialized product that improves home insulation while also preventing pests. As an installer, you will help homeowners create safer, more energy-efficient environments.

Responsibilities:

• Install TAP Insulation in attics and crawl spaces
• Educate customers on the benefits of TAP Insulation
• Work efficiently with a team to complete jobs safely and on time
• Follow all industry safety and pest control regulations

Requirements:

• Comfortable working in attics, crawl spaces, and varying temperatures
• Must be 21 or older to apply
• Valid Driver’s License is a must.
• Consent to background and motor vehicle record checks.
• Ability to lift insulation bags and operate equipment
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Experience in insulation, pest control, or home services is a plus but not required (we provide training)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour
