The Vice President of Event Operations is a senior leader responsible for overseeing event operations, guest experience, front-of-house services, parking, security coordination, and managed venues across the Broward Center, The Parker, and affiliated locations. The role ensures operational excellence, consistent service standards, and strong financial performance while serving as the primary support liaison for managed venue General Managers. In partnership with the AVP of Production & Venue Services, the VP helps oversee organization-wide operations and leads operational readiness planning for a new live music venue currently under development.
