Your role will include:

• Providing comprehensive evaluation services, including the review of patient history and specific assessments to develop and communicate treatment plans.
• Implementing treatment protocols based on evaluation outcomes and adapting care as patient conditions evolve, while collaborating with other healthcare providers as necessary.
• Completing thorough discharge planning and ensuring accurate documentation of patient care activities, creating a clear record of care from initial evaluation to discharge.
• Exhibiting strong time management skills to meet productivity expectations and maintaining an organized schedule for patient appointments.
• Taking initiative for continuing education and mentoring of junior staff and students, fostering a collaborative learning environment.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy.
• Graduation from an accredited school of Physical Therapy.
• Licensure in Maryland, District of Columbia (DC), or Virginia as required for your location.
• Certification in BLS (Basic Life Support) for Healthcare Providers.
