Job Summary We are seeking an experienced allied health professional for a travel assignment at Providence Health & Services.
Shift 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, Day shift, every other weekend; 48‑hour approval available.
Experience 24 months of experience, with at least 3 months worked in the past 12 months.
Experience with Epic is required.
Trauma Level 1 experience preferred.
Qualifications License required after submission (no license hits/suspensions or background hits).
6‑month gap required between service at Aya Program - Providence Health & Services and no current placement allowed at the same program.
COVID‑19 vaccination required after submission; religious and medical declinations accepted.
Pre‑Employment Requirements All lab items requested during onboarding must be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract.
Laboratory tests must be completed within 48 hours of signing.
RTO must be listed at the time of submission.
Pre‑employment modules may be required for this role.
If you hold a multistate or compact nursing license, a one‑time 6‑hour suicide prevention training will be required under Washington state regulations (Nursing positions only).
Required Skills & Experience Floor care, Emergency Room, Code response, Rapid Response.
Preferred Skills & Experience Teaching Hospital Experience.
Pediatrics, Adolescents.
Experience with Puritan Bennett, Draeger, Trilogy, LTV1250.
Certifications Basic Life Support (BLS)
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
References Two Manager/Supervisor references required from within the last 2 years.
References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.
