Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare teams

- Document patient progress and develop care plans to ensure optimal outcomes
- Work effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain compliance with regulatory standards
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Florida
- 1 year of experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
