Contract: 6 month contract

Pay Rate Range: $17-25/hr depending on experience

Shift: 5 AM - 1:30 PM, M-F

Quality Assurance Inspector – Plasma Manufacturing (On-Site

)Summar

yQuality Assurance Inspectors support manufacturing operations during production by reviewing and approving raw materials, documentation, and in-process plasma production units (PUs) at the Plasma Logistics Center. This role ensures compliance with quality standards, identifies deviations, and documents non-conformances to maintain product integrity for distribution

.Key Responsibilitie

  • sReview and approve incoming plasma shipment documentation and raw materials against established specification
  • sReject and escalate non-conforming materials per QA Supervisor directio
  • nIdentify, document, and report non-conformances related to plasma units, procedures, and production processe
  • sApprove in-process Production Units (PUs) based on regulatory and customer requirement
  • sInspect final outgoing plasma lots to ensure proper packaging, labeling, and shipment readines
  • sInvestigate deviations and support completion of formal deviation report
  • sSupport updates and revisions to SOPs and quality system documentatio
  • nMaintain accurate documentation of all QA approvals in designated system
  • sPerform routine, repetitive tasks with strict adherence to GMP and safety procedure

sQualification

  • sHigh School Diploma or GED require
  • dMinimum 1 year of Quality Assurance experienc
  • e2+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, plasma/blood banking, or medical device industry preferre
  • dWorking knowledge of cGMP guidelines strongly preferre
  • dStrong attention to detail and ability to follow strict procedure
  • sEffective communication skills (written and verbal
  • )Ability to collaborate with manufacturing teams and cross-functional department
