Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a Temporary Administrative Assistant for a well-established commercial real estate organization. This is a full-time, onsite opportunity located in Seattle, Washington, with the potential to become a permanent position based on business needs and performance.

Position Overview

This is an excellent opportunity for an organized and customer-focused administrative professional who enjoys supporting a collaborative office environment. The Temporary Administrative Assistant will provide day-to-day administrative support while assisting with document management, tenant communications, and special projects that help keep operations running smoothly. This role offers the chance to gain valuable experience in commercial property management while contributing to a dynamic team.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support by answering phones, greeting visitors, and assisting with daily office operations.
  • Organize and maintain electronic files while ensuring documents are accurately stored and easily accessible.
  • Coordinate tenant documentation, review required insurance certificates for completeness, communicate with tenants regarding updates, and maintain accurate records.
  • Assist with tracking tenant compliance initiatives, including maintenance documentation and lease-related administrative projects.
  • Support office audits, reporting, and special projects while helping maintain accurate records and data.
  • Learn and utilize internal software systems to support administrative processes and team operations.

Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Professional communication and customer service skills with the ability to interact effectively with tenants, vendors, and colleagues.
  • Ability to learn new software and work independently while maintaining accuracy and accountability.
  • Experience in an administrative, office, customer service, real estate, or property management environment is helpful but not required.

Compensation And Benefits

This temporary opportunity offers $27–$30 per hour, a consistent Monday through Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, and the potential for permanent employment based on performance and business needs.
