Job Summary

Duties

• Stock shelves efficiently, ensuring products are well-organized, properly labeled, and replenished regularly to meet customer demand
• Assist customers with product inquiries, product demos, and locating items throughout the store
• Handle all cash handling procedures with accuracy and integrity, including cashing out customers and balancing registers at shift end
• Promote upselling opportunities by recommending additional products or services to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales
• Maintain a clean and safe store environment by adhering to merchandising standards and safety protocols
• Provide friendly and professional customer service via phone etiquette and face-to-face interactions, ensuring each shopper feels valued

Qualifications

• Previous retail sales experience preferred, especially in grocery or similar environments
• Strong communication skills with the ability to assist bilingual customers effectively
• Supervising experience is a plus for those interested in leadership opportunities within the team
• Ability to perform stocking duties efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
• Knowledge of retail math for accurate cash handling and transaction processing
• Experience with product demos, merchandising, upselling techniques, and grocery store operations is highly desirable

Pay: $22.08 - $26.60 per hour

Work Location: On the road
