As an essential part of the educational team, youll help students overcome challenges and reach their fullest potential through individualized therapy plans.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid Occupational Therapist license in Arizona
• Current IVP fingerprint clearance card
• Experience supporting students impacted by Autism is a plus
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to adapt therapeutic strategies to meet students varied needs
• Collaborative mindset to work alongside educators and families

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide onsite, individualized, and group occupational therapy sessions for students
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop IEP goals tailored to each student's strengths and needs
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to ensure students' success in educational settings
• Maintain detailed records of progress, treatment plans, and compliance with district and state policies
• Offer consultation and training to staff on best practices and classroom modifications
