Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our dynamic healthcare team at Ducktails Pediatric Therapy & Wellness. In this vital role, you will work closely with licensed occupational therapists to deliver personalized therapy services that enhance children's independence and quality of life. Your expertise will support the development and implementation of tailored care plans, ensuring each child receives the highest standard of care in a motivating and respectful environment. Ducktails is a therapist-owned, pediatric clinic, serving children and their families in the CSRA area for 20 years!
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant Program.
- Licensed to practice as an Occupational Therapy Assistant in the state of Georgia.
- Pediatric experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Occupational Therapist to ensure plans of care are followed accordingly and best practices for therapeutic intervention.
- Implement therapeutic interventions for the pediatric population with various diagnoses.
- Contribute to the creation and ongoing adjustment of care plans based on patient progress and feedback from supervising therapists.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient sessions, progress notes, and treatment outcomes in compliance with healthcare regulations.

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
