Requirements:

• It is advantageous to have a background in customer service.
• Individuals with a background in cash management are preferred.
• Though it is beneficial, prior barista experience is not obligatory.
• Proficiency in fundamental mathematics and numerical abilities is essential.
• Competence in performing tasks independently with little guidance.
• Ability to comprehend written English, communicate effectively, and follow culinary instructions is mandatory.
• Obtaining the Food Handling Certification is a prerequisite that cannot be overlooked.
• Adhering to the designated dress code is compulsory.
• Physical demands may include lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended walking and standing.
• Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) might need to be worn.

Primary Job Duties:

• Effectively navigate a register/POS system to conduct transactions involving cash and credit cards in a precise manner.
• Welcome and support clients, predicting their requirements to guarantee a pleasant interaction.
• Implement the brand's protocols when crafting and delivering coffee, tea, and specialty drinks.
• Execute the cooking and serving of dishes as per the standards mandated by the establishment.
• Maintain the cash drawer's balance, record transactions on the cashier slip, and deposit money into the bank.
• Maintain compliance with Aramark's cash handling policies and procedures.
• Set up and dismantle coffee bar, stations, or store in a manner that emphasizes cleanliness and orderly presentation.
• Ensure that the workspace is sanitary and organized through frequent cleaning and disinfection of equipment.
• Maintain inventory of drink chillers, quick-grab snacks, serving tools, and flavor enhancers.
• Adhere to all regulations for the preparation of food and beverages to ensure health and safety standards are met.
• Undertake miscellaneous assignments as directed by managers.
