WEEKEND SECURITY GUARD – SOUTH LA in homes for people coming out of jail

Saturday & Sunday Shifts • Steady Hours • No Experience Needed

We are looking for reliable weekend security guards to work at reentry homes in South Los Angeles. These homes support people coming out of jail who may be homeless or dealing with mental health or substance use issues. You MUST feel comfortable working in South LA and with this population.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Show up on time and stay until the next guard arrives
• Be professional and respectful
• Watch the property and keep the area safe
• Patrol inside and outside
• Report any problems or safety issues
• Help direct visitors to staff
• Respond to alarms or emergencies
• Do room checks when asked
• Communicate with supervisors and teammates
• Attend required trainings

Pay: From $18.50 per hour
