Managing and servicing retirement plan accounts, the full-time Retirement Plan Account Manager will ensure client satisfaction and compliance with regulatory requirements while working remotely across various states. Key responsibilities Respond to plan sponsors' requests for information and consultative services regarding plan amendments Interface with management and internal support to research issues and coordinate responses to plan sponsors Develop and recommend improvements to workflows and procedures to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction Required qualifications Bachelor's degree with 2 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with 1 year of experience, or 4 years of equivalent work experience 3-5 years of defined contribution plan administration/management experience with a strong customer service background Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint Familiarity with ERISA, DOL, and IRS regulatory issues Understanding of TPA, Plan Sponsor, broker, and participant roles in qualified plans
