Part-Time Licensed Health Insurance Agent (Seasonal Medicare Enrollment)

Position: Part-Time Licensed Health Insurance Agent (Seasonal)

Schedule: Approximately 20 hours per week

Employment Period: Mid-September through Mid-December 2026 (Annual Medicare Open Enrollment for 2027 Plans)

We're looking for an experienced, licensed Health Insurance Agent to join our team during the busy Medicare Annual Enrollment Period. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys helping clients, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and values building lasting relationships.

In this role, you'll primarily assist our existing Medicare clients with reviewing their coverage options and enrolling them in their Medicare plans for the 2027 plan year. You'll work with a combination of virtual appointments via Zoom and in-office meetings.

Responsibilities

  • Meet with existing Medicare clients to review and discuss their healthcare coverage options.
  • Guide clients through the Medicare enrollment process for the 2027 plan year.
  • Conduct appointments both virtually (Zoom) and in person.
  • Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
  • Follow all CMS and carrier compliance requirements.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build trust with clients.

Qualifications

  • Active Health Insurance License (required).
  • Previous Medicare sales or enrollment experience (required).
  • Strong knowledge of Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and Part D plans.
  • Comfortable using Zoom and basic computer applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple appointments efficiently.
  • Self-motivated with a positive, energetic, and outgoing personality.
  • Professional, dependable, and client-focused.
