Healthcare Recruiter

JETT Medical Staffing is looking for an experienced Healthcare Recruiter to join their rapidly growing company. Primary responsibility will be to recruit qualified Advanced Practice Providers for locum and permanent positions nationwide.

• MUST HAVE - 3 years of Healthcare recruiting experience with knowledge of the Locum industry
• Please do not apply if you have not worked in the Physician and APP Healthcare recruiting industry in the past year.

Qualifications

• MUST HAVE at least 3 years of Physician and Advanced Practice Provider Healthcare recruiting experience with knowledge of the Locum industry
• MUST HAVE worked in the Physician and APP healthcare recruiting industry in the past year
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's Degree required
• Ability to multi-task, organize time effectively, and prioritize work
• Experience using different ATS platforms and familiarity with VMS systems
• Knowledge using Google Workspace, Gmail and MAC Based products
• A track record of success in achieving goals and meeting production targets
• Must be a proven team player, innovative, determined, and goal oriented
• Thrives in a fast-paced and competitive industry
• Demonstrates a sense of urgency and adhering to hard deadlines

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit candidates
• Build relationships with providers via phone, email marketing and social media
• Perform extensive outreach/cold calls to develop relationships with providers
• Utilize various VMS platforms, ATS platform, Google Suite, Linkedin and internet resources to identify, track and monitor prospective providers
• Collaborate with support teams to help your candidates move through the recruitment process (licensing, credentialing, certifications, education, references, malpractice evaluation, background verification, and travel arrangements)
• Manage multiple job requests and always strive to provide an excellent candidate experience
