Job Summary
We are seeking a high grit, resourceful, and energetic Technical Recruiter to join our innovative talent acquisition team.
The ideal candidate will drive the recruiting process to attract top technical talent across technical disciplines.
Own full-cycle recruiting for technical and operational roles, from intake through close.
Translate hiring manager requirements into clear requisitions, outreach messages, and structured interview plans.
The candidate must have strong skills in sourcing, interviewing, and negotiating - essential skills to building a high-performing workforce aligned with our strategic goals.
This position offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your multi channel sourcing skills, technical recruiting experience, and relationship management abilities to make a meaningful impact on business development and account management.
Recruiting Requirements and Recruiting Experience:
The ideal candidate must be capable of mapping, build pipelines and source proactively for specialized backgrounds in:
- Hardware architecture (ASIC/FPGA), silicon design/verification, pre-/post-silicon validation, hardware bring-up.
- Low-level systems (Board Support Packages, firmware, embedded systems development, Kernel/Middleware engineering)
- Software engineering (core backend architectures, Full-stack, Mobile Ecosystems, iOS/Android native development)
- Security infrastructure (cybersecurity infrastructure, hardware hardening, secure environments like TEE/ARM TrustZone)
- Supply chain & logistics (Materials Program Managers, materials coordinators, parts coordinators)
- GTM & technical sales (solutions engineering, solutions architecture, pre-sales support)
- Operational infrastructure (admin/executive assistants, HR generalists, general office support)
