Shift Lead (Dunkin Donuts)

Dunkin’ is looking for a motivated and energetic Shift Lead to help lead our team in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. In this role, you will support daily operations, lead team members during shifts, and help deliver the fast, friendly service Dunkin’ guests know and love. Key Responsibilities:

Lead and motivate team members during shifts to ensure excellent service and productivity

Delegate tasks and help maintain smooth restaurant operations

Deliver outstanding guest service and resolve customer concerns professionally

Ensure food and beverage quality meets Dunkin’ standards

Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards throughout the restaurant

Assist with opening and closing procedures

Support training and development of new and existing team members

Assist with inventory, cash handling, and shift accountability

Help create a positive, team-oriented work environment
