Schedule:

2nd Shift - 2:30pm-10:50pm

3rd Shift - 10:30pm-6:50am (9:30pm start time on Sunday night)

Pay:

$16.75 per hour to start + $1.25 per hour hilo/forklift premium

Shift Premiums (2nd & 3rd Shift Only): $0.75 per hour

Total Hourly Pay with all Premiums: $18.75

Scheduled Raises: 90 days | 6 months | Annually

Benefits: Available on the 1st of the month after 60 days of employment

Pre-Employment Requirements

All candidates must successfully complete a practical forklift certification test at interview to be considered for employment. Once an offer is given all candidates will be required to complete the I-9 w/ acceptable documents, consent to a criminal background check, complete urinalysis drug screen, and motor vehicle record check. Voltava contracts & pays third party for all screening.

Primary Job Responsibilities/Duties:

All positions in the production facilities will require candidates being able to perform the following tasks repetitively, if needed, during scheduled shift and is not an exhaustive list. You will be expected to perform all additional tasks assigned by management or immediate supervisor.

Load and unload trucks according to established procedures.

Each person in materials department are required to use both sit-down and stand-up lifts as well as a tugger to fill the assembly lines.

Service the assembly lines by ensuring they have needed materials in a timely manner.

Performs pre and post shift checks on mobile equipment, while following all prescribed safety regulations.

Maintaining safe and clean work environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.

Able to lift up-to 50lbs with assistance.

Able to stand/sit 8 – 12 hours per day.

Cross-training & job rotation is vital to our operations & is required of all team members.

Ability to work extra hours or shifts based upon customer production requirements.

Ability to work in a fast-paced team-oriented environment.

Must obtain company issued forklift license and maintain good standing.

Completes tasks as directed by manufacturing schedules with minimum supervision.
