Basic Qualifications:

• Previous experience is not essential
• Ensure that attendance and punctuality are consistent and maintained, with or without accommodations as needed
• Capable of working varied schedules that encompass early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
• Observe store procedures and benchmarks, including serving quality beverages and food products, handling cash transactions, and securing the store, with or without necessary accommodations
• Interact with clients in a friendly manner, striving to understand and address their needs through effective communication
• Craft dishes and drinks following standard or altered recipes
• Fulfill a multitude of responsibilities within the store during shifts
• Aptitude for rapid learning and skill development
