What You'll Do:
- Provide in-home speech, language, and swallowing therapy to patients across Miami-Dade and Monroe County
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with our interdisciplinary care team (RNs, PTs, OTs)
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
What We're Looking For:
- SLP: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology + Florida state license (CCC-SLP preferred)
- STA: Florida STA license in good standing
- Home health experience preferred but not required — we'll train the right person
- Valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
