Job Title: Manufacturing Welder

Location: Phoenix, AZ

Pay Rate: $20.00/hour

Schedule: Full-Time

Assignment: Temporary (Approximately 3 Months)

Madden Industrial Craftsmen is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Welder for our fabrication and manufacturing client in Phoenix, AZ.

This position supports production by performing quality welding and fabrication work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG welding and fabrication of production components.
• Support manufacturing and production welding operations.
• Assist with engineering changes and production support.
• Read blueprints, work instructions, and fabrication drawings.
• Maintain quality standards while meeting production goals.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or fabrication welding experience required.
• Ability to produce quality welds.
• Plasma cutting experience preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
