City Tap House is seeking a dynamic, enthusiastic, and experienced Bartender to join their team in a fast-paced dining environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting excellent beverages and providing exceptional hospitality to ensure a memorable experience for our guests. This role requires stellar communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and a strong collaborative spirit with both kitchen and front-of-house staff.

Availability Requirements

Must have full availability on Sundays and Mondays (all day).

Must be available for weekday morning shifts.

Open to both Part-Time and Full-Time candidates.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Experience: Greet guests promptly and courteously, maintaining a welcoming and energetic atmosphere at the bar.

Order Management: Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently using our POS system.

Service Excellence: Prepare and serve drinks and food while upholding high standards of quality and presentation; monitor guest satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly.

Cash Handling: Efficiently manage cash register operations, process payments accurately, and handle basic math transactions.

Upkeep & Safety: Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar and dining area (including tables, chairs, and service stations) in accordance with food safety regulations.

Teamwork: Collaborate closely with team members to ensure smooth, efficient operations during high-volume shifts.

Qualifications & Experience

Experience: Minimum of 1 year of professional bartending experience in a fast-paced restaurant setting is required.

Technical Skills: Familiarity with POS systems (such as Toast) is highly preferred.

Skills: Strong basic math skills for cash handling, excellent multitasking abilities, and a solid understanding of food safety practices.

Attitude: A passion for hospitality, a strong work ethic, and a desire to maintain a professional pace during busy shifts.
