Respiratory Therapy Technician
Location: Spokane, WA
Role: Provides specialized respiratory care in an acute hospital setting, supporting patient recovery and ensuring equipment functionality.
Responsibilities: Administers respiratory treatments, monitors patient status, operates and maintains respiratory equipment, collaborates with healthcare teams, and adheres to protocols and safety standards.
Qualifications: Graduate from an AMA-approved Respiratory Care program, at least 2 years of recent hospital-based respiratory therapy experience, current RRT licensure in WA, and BLS certification. Additional certifications may be required.
Skills: Strong clinical skills, attention to detail, teamwork, communication, and adherence to safety standards.
Key Duties: Deliver respiratory treatments, monitor patient progress, operate medical equipment, document care, and collaborate with healthcare staff to optimize patient outcomes.
