Event Coordinator

Job Description : We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Event Coordinator to join our team and take charge of planning, organizing, and executing a wide range of events. As an Event Coordinator, you will collaborate closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure every event runs smoothly from inception to completion.

Responsibilities:

Plan and coordinate all aspects of events including venue selection, catering, entertainment, and logistics.

Develop detailed event timelines and manage scheduling to ensure smooth execution.

Liaise with clients to understand their needs and objectives, providing expert advice and solutions.

Negotiate contracts and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.

Manage event budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effectiveness without compromising quality.

Oversee on-site event setup, coordination, and teardown to ensure operational excellence.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.

Proven experience as an Event Coordinator or similar role, with a track record of successful event execution.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple events simultaneously.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective client and team interaction.
