Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
  • Provide companionship and emotional support
  • Accompany clients to appointments, grocery stores, and errands
  • Support mobility exercises as outlined in the care plan
  • Observe and report any changes in condition to the Director of Nursing
  • Maintain accurate documentation of care provided

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Active Florida HHA License in good standing
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid CPR certification
  • Current physical and negative TB test (within the last 12 months)
  • Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
  • Ability to pass a drug screen and motor vehicle background check
  • Knowledge of HIPAA and commitment to client confidentiality
  • Ability to assist with physical tasks (lifting up to 50 lbs, standing, bending, etc.)
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English (strongly preferred)
  • Weekend availability Required
