Service Tech

  • Level III $25.00 - $29.00 per hour

Full-Time | No Contract | Hourly | 7:30am - 5:00pm | Mon

  • Fri | 5 weeks on-call

Responsibilities

The best candidate for this position is expected to be proficient in the diagnosis and repair of commercial systems. In addition, they should have experience in installing or swapping out HVAC systems and providing maintenance on refrigeration systems. When necessary, the person hired for this position will provide support to other departments, specifically the install department.

Our technicians' day-to-day assignments, customer correspondence, part ordering and billing are done through a cloud-based software called Service Titan. Our operations are heavily dependent on our technician's ability to operate iPads, smart phones, and navigation systems. Service Titan has made a very user-friendly experience for technicians, working in the field. Having some experience with mobile point of sale systems like Service Titan and the use of smart devices is a plus.

Minimum

Experience

  • Overall HVAC experience 5 Years
  • Servicing commercial systems 5 Years
  • Refrigeration maintenance experience 2 Years

Mandatory Requirements

  • Valid South Carolina driver's license
  • Clean driving record
  • Pass background check
  • Pass drug test
