Summary:
Onsite job. M-F / 8am-5pm. The Assistant Office Manager role is an integral part of the customer experience providing support to the Office Department and VP of Operations.
General responsibilities:
- Show leadership to team and being back up to teams’ roles.
- Work with Sr. VP of Office on project tasks such as chargebacks, shipping contracts and agreements.
- Manage SharePoint portals for the company.
- Become knowledgeable in AP / AR procedures to assist team members.
- Support team on projects or heavy workloads
- Work on assignment with the office manager.
- Providing basic administrative support as requested
- Learn and communicate policy and procedures to all departments regarding office processes.
Qualification / Requirements:
- Worked in a consumer product industry in most recent job.
- Has managed or trained others in a previous company.
- Experience in customer service with customers and product issues.
- Experience or knowledge with AP and/ or AR.
- Currently in a role that displays potential leadership or current leadership experience
- productive, initiate task, create and constantly show improvement
- Excellent communications skills, written and oral
- Computer skill sets
- Communicate and work well with everyone in many departments
- Commute must be less than 1 hour.
Education/ Experience:
US college degree.
