Same-Day Childcare Substitute Teachers Needed –Hiring Now!

As Ohio's only homegrown childcare staffing company, we provide last-minute staffing support to early learning centers when teachers call off or unexpected coverage needs arise.

What This Role Looks Like:

• Accept same-day childcare assignments to cover teacher call-offs and urgent staffing needs
• Be available beginning at 6:00 AM to receive and respond to placement requests
• Work in a variety of childcare centers and classrooms throughout your service area
• Enjoy flexibility with no guaranteed or consistent schedule
• Choose assignments that fit your availability

Requirements:

• Must be 18 or older with minimum 3 months of daycare experience
• High School Diploma or GED
• Personal/dependable transportation required
• Ability to pass ODJFS-required background checks (BCI & FBI) before hire
• Must be dependable, responsive, and able to accept last-minute assignments
