Full Time Senior Caregiver – New York, NY

A family in New York, NY 10019 is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and experienced caregiver to provide daytime support for an 88-year-old gentleman experiencing mobility challenges. The ideal candidate will be patient, attentive, and comfortable assisting with personal care and daily routines while helping maintain a safe and supportive environment.

Schedule:

Monday–Friday 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Family Specifications:

Smoke-free home

One cat in the home

Responsibilities:

Assist with personal hygiene and grooming

Prepare and serve meals

Provide mobility assistance and support with daily activities

Help maintain a safe and comfortable environment

Offer companionship and supervision as needed

Walks (likes walking to CVS, TJMAXX, grocery store)

Requirements:

Experience caring for seniors preferred

Must be comfortable providing personal care and mobility assistance

Familiarity with Caribbean culture and customs is a bonus

Compensation:

$32-37 per hour (commensurate with experience, flexible)
