Job Description

As an Applebee's Host/Server Assistant, you will greet our guests at the door with a warm welcome, assist our servers in providing exceptional guest service, and maintain overall guest flow within the restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival.
• Assist servers with guest service tasks.
• Help maintain smooth guest flow.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• Good communication skills.
• Commitment to providing a positive experience for guests.

Physical Standards

• Remain stationary and move at a steady pace for up to 4 hours.
• Safely reach, bend, and stoop to handle items.
• Lift up to 25 pounds frequently.
• Speak clearly and listen attentively.
• Transport plates, glasses, baskets between dining room, bar, and kitchen.
• Wear protective hand coverings, face coverings or masks all shift.
• Use disinfectant cleaning supplies and wash hands with disinfecting soap during shift.
