Demand Planner

The Demand Planner leads AFL’s demand planning for the Data Center Business Unit within the IBP framework, with primary ownership of demand forecasting for key hyperscaler customers (Amazon, Microsoft, Google, Oracle, Meta).

This role manages a highly volatile, project-driven demand environment influenced by hyperscale investment cycles and evolving data center technologies. Reporting to the Director of Demand Planning, it applies strong independent judgment and serves as a subject matter expert, ensuring accurate and reliable demand signals across the organization.
