Project Manager - Architecture

The Project Manager for the Architecture Department will primarily function as a project lead. They must manage project schedule, budget, document quality, and coordination with all design consultants. They will lead the team to coordinate conceptual design through construction documents, permitting, and construction administration. They will report to the Director of Architecture and periodic report outs as required.

Project pipeline is a direct reflection of Business Development sales effort and as such this position may support the Director’s sales efforts.
