Job Summary
Own new business across one of the fastest-growing smart home markets in the country. In this individual contributor role, you will have full ownership of the Greater Houston territory—from initial prospecting and trade partner outreach to in-home consultations and closing deals. This is a high-impact "hunter" role designed for a sales professional who thrives on building a pipeline from scratch and delivering sophisticated, technology-driven solutions that make homes and offices more connected and comfortable.
Key Responsibilities
Prospect builders, designers, architects, and homeowners through aggressive outbound outreach, networking, and referrals.
Conduct in-home sales consultations to understand client lifestyles, scope opportunities, and recommend tailored smart home solutions.
Develop and present comprehensive sales proposals, collaborating with internal system designers on technical specifications.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with regional trade partners through one-on-one meetings and group presentations.
Manage the full sales cycle within the CRM, ensuring every touchpoint is logged and data is used to optimize outreach strategies.
Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.
